U.S. Return Policy

Beautiful Trend Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Beautiful Trend Boutique) within 14 days from the date your order shipped.  FINAL SALE  items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned.  The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Lingerie 
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), 
  • Altered or Modified 
  • Items listed in a SALE Category

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.


  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Beautiful Trend E-Gift Card ONLY.
  • We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item. 

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.


Ship Your Return
  • Please reach out via email to start your shipping of your return.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Beautiful Trend Boutique E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
