Shipping Policy

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. 

Please note: We handpick each item and make sure it is the amazing quality you deserve! However, your order may arrive in separate packages due to us having a warehouse in a different state. You will receive tracking info for each package if they need to ship out separately. We do this so we can offer extended sizes up to 4X and for a more variety of items launching each week. 

Please note:  Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Please expect shipping delays during the Holiday season.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship. 

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE 

Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left Beautiful Trend.  If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to reach us at jacie@beautifultrendboutique.com. Remember to provide your order number in the email for faster tracking. 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.  

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to jacie@beautifultrendboutique.com Please include the order number in the subject line.
