SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders $74.99 and less. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75.00 and more. 

 

Shipping is offered for all 50 States with the US. This shipping option also includes PO Boxes and APOs/ FPOs. 

*Due to Covid-19, estimated Delivery Times have been affected. Shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered. Please visit USPS or UPS for more information. 

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE 

Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left Beautiful Trend.  If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to reach us at jacieedman@gmail.com. Remember to provide your order number in the email for faster tracking. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
